PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 25th beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing NOI and Stormwater – Meet in the Middle, LLC. A Notice of Intent was filed by Meet in the Middle, LLC, property located at 0 Middle Road, Map 23, Lot 1. The applicant proposes to construct a single-story commercial storage building with office space and a contractors yard for material and supply storage with associated paved parking, utilities, stormwater management controls, and landscaping located on the southern side of Middle Road. The proposed work is shown on a plan titled “Proposed Contractors Yard/Storage Facility” dated December, 2025 by Sitec Engineering & Environmental Inc. The applicant is represented by Chris Vandenberghe, P.E. of Sitec Engineering & Environmental Inc.
