Please join us for a fall Welcome Walk at the new Alves-Bucciarelli Preserve! Mattapoisett Land Trust acquired this new preserve in 2022 and we have spent the last year cleaning up and reimagining this riverfront preserve. Come see how things have turned out and take a walk at the new Preserve!
Park on the wide shoulder of the road and meet at the trailhead on Mattapoisett Neck Road, between #3 and #7 Mattapoisett Neck Road at 10am on Monday October 9th. Long pants and walking/hiking shoes are recommended. We will take a short walk through the trails of the property, see the newly constructed kayak landing, view before photos of the property to talk about what MLT has done since acquiring the preserve, and enjoy a nice fall morning. Refreshments will be served. Email manager@mattlandtrust.org with any questions.
