Readers, As we approach election season, let us be reminded to take this opportunity to foster unity through open dialogue. In a time where social interaction is essential for our collective well-being, we have to go beyond the superficial connectivity of social media and prioritize genuine human connections.
I urge fellow community members to actively engage with those vying for leadership roles, to understand their values and visions. We need leaders who embody compassion, empathy, and humility — individuals who acknowledge their limitations, are willing to embrace trainings and professionals while confidently steering our community towards a brighter future.

Our community deserves leaders with open minds and ears, capable of discerning both positive and negative feedback. Let us seek leaders who prioritize the common good over personal agendas and possess the strength to bring us together.
