Residents have expressed thanks for recall effort
Since the recall effort has started we have had so many people express gratitude for our efforts. One person thanked us for “taking back our town” and that really hit home to me. All of us who live here really do love the town and want a local government that works for everyone. We love the historic charm, the wonderful community and how everyone can come together to get things done.
This is one of those times that the town needs to work on holding our elected officials accountable, having people who represent us all that don’t embarrass us and continually cause problems. We need to have leaders that we are proud of and that are good role models.
Now is the time to take a stand, not wait any longer to see what happens. We can’t afford to stand by, we all need to sign this petition and recall Dan Freitas. Please make every effort to sign this week and we will all move forward for a better town and place to call our home.
