The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following application: SP24-02 36 Francis Street ADU – Jessica Whiteley, the owner of 36 Francis Street, requests a special permit for the total conversion of the existing garage into an Accessory Dwelling Unit. The property is located at Map 12 Lot 135.
