TOWN OF FAIRHAVEN INVITATION TO BID
The Town Administrator of the Town of Fairhaven, MA, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from the General Contractors for the restoration of the site walls at the Fairhaven Town Hall located at 40 Center Street in Fairhaven, MA, in accordance with the documents prepared by architects, the Spencer Preservation Group.
The scope of work consists of:
Restoration of existing stone masonry retaining walls to include cutting and pointing of mortar joints and selective rebuilding. Bid forms and contract documents will be available for pick-up at www.biddocsonline.com (may be viewed electronically and hardcopy requested) beginning on November 27, 2024.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the Fairhaven Town Hall, 40 Center St., Fairhaven on Dec 3, 2024 at 11 a.m. While attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged.
