Acushnet Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Tuesday, November 21st, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street.
The following public hearing will be held
1. Case #2023.11.21A A case of Brett & Sarah Pelletier, of 45 Mayflower Road, who is petitioning the Board for a special permit for an accessory apartment to be included in the construction of a single-family dwelling located on Tripp’s Way (assessor’s plat 8, lot 25). This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.4B.
