Public Hearing
The Acushnet Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing at its meeting on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet. This hearing is on petition WO#12457056 from NSTAR ELECTRIC COMPANY d/b/a EVERSOURCE ENERGY & VERIZON NEW ENGLAD INC.
Wing Lane: To install approximately 742’ of conduit and cable in town road and 3 new manholes to be labeled 8000/1600. 8000/1601, and 8000/1602.
Hathaway Road: To install 1 new JO pole to be labeled 60/22.5, approximately 322’ of conduit and cable in town road and 2 new manholes to be labeled 8000/1605 and 8000/1604.
These proposed locations are necessary to provide a new circuit installation from Eversource Wing Lane Station.
