In accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9, you are hereby notified of a public hearing.
The Acushnet Planning Board will hold a hearing on Thursday, December 5, at 6:00 p.m., to review a Site Plan Review as follows:

Property owner: White’s Farm, Inc.
Represented by: Beals and Thomas, Inc.
Scope of Work: The Applicant proposes to construct a ground mounted solar energy facility.
Location: 211 Middle Road, Acushnet, MA

This meeting will be held at 122 Main Street, Acushnet Massachusetts 02743 (Board of Selectmen’s Meeting Room) and over Zoom. The Zoom link will be on the agenda and be posted at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. All persons, parties, or corporations interested therein may appear and be heard in relation thereto.
