ACUSHNET CONSERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Police Station Conference Room, located at the Acushnet Police Station, 64 Middle Road, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – RDA – Debrah Aubin / 10 Nye’s Lane Rear, Map 18, Lot 25 A Request for Determination was filed by Debrah Aubin for property located at 10 Nye’s Lane Rear, Map 18, Lot 25. The applicant proposes an in-kind replacement of a 24’ X 40’ garage. The applicant is represented by David Fredette of Fredette Engineering Services. Plan name is “Proposed Garage Foundation Plan Sheets 1 thru 4” dated February 14, 2025.
