PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – RDA – Acushnet Company / 115 Manchester Lane, Map 11, Lot 25C.34. A Request for Determination was filed by Acushnet Company for property located at 115 Manchester Lane, Map 11, Lot 25C.34. The applicant proposes tree clearing adjacent to the test fairway within the 100 ft. buffer zone to a bordering vegetated wetland. The applicant is represented by William Madden of G.A.F. Engineering, Inc. Plan name is “Site Plan Showing Proposed Tree Clearing Limits” dated October 10, 2023.
