PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – Stormwater – Robert Roderiques/ Hayes & Garfield Street, Map 15, Lot 372. A Stormwater Permit Application has been filed by Robert Roderiques for property located at Hayes & Garfield Street, Map 15 Lot 372. The applicant proposes to construct four (4) residential homes with driveways and stormwater management facilities. The applicant is represented by David M. Davignon of Schnieder, Davignon & Leone, Inc. Plan name is Site Plan Village Green at Hayes Street & Garfiled Street dated July 28, 2023.
