Southcoast Welcome Corps is a group of private individuals who are working to create an immigrant support network for the Greater New Bedford area. We are currently supporting a group of unsheltered familes who are living in a hotel in Fairhaven.
The town is collecting donations at the fire station, 146 Washington St., Fairahven, any day between 8 AM and 4 PM. Donations that we are currently seeking are snacks, diapers (all sizes), wipes and gently used fall and winter clothing in a variety of sizes. Any clothing that we can not use will be donated to Gifts to Give. We know that we will be needing shoes and boots soon. Check back frequently as we expect to have more specifics about sizes soon.

Currently we are also collecting money to help purchase meals for the families for the first few weeks.
