There’s all kinds of fun stuff going on this week…and beyond. The Feast (THE feast) across the river starts tonight. See page 3 for some detail on that. Family fun day is Saturday, kids eat free…so, go have fun with the whole family.
We have some meeting coverage for you. See page 4 for Fairhaven Select Board. They covered a lot of ground, not least of which is that they set a date for a fall town meeting.
They also talked about the budget for a fair amount of time. I only mentioned it briefly in this week’s article, but hopefully I’ll write something separate next week. I’m relatively sure the $2+ million deficit won’t disappear between now and then.
We were dancing in the streets again in Fairhaven. Next week is the last chance for it, so if you haven’t enjoyed the concerts in the center yet, make a point of getting there before they end. See page 12 for that and page 5 for the schedule.
There are other free, outdoor concerts, though. See pages 5, 6, 7 for that.
On another note….
The Big Buffoon just keeps finding more and more ways to insult and destroy the very things that make this country the place we love: suing people all over the place, for billions, billions; raidiing journalists’ homes (I’ll bet he has no clue what the Fourth Estate is); and still rounding up people and sending them off to countries they have never been in; revoking visas for no reason; and all around just being a cruel SOB. Honestly, I just can’t with this guy. Someone make it stop.
Back home…
There’s other stuff in here, of course. Thumb through to find it all, and while you do that, be sure to notice who our advertisers are so you can tell them you saw their ads in the Neighb News.
Until next week… see ya,

Glory to Ukraine!
Glory to the Heroes!
