The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Case # 2019.06.04A: A case on David Daniel, of 18 Union Street, who is petitioning for a Special Permit and Variance to be able to transfer/merge a portion of the properties located at 18 Union Street and 56 Lawson Avenue. This request is being made under the provisions of Section 3.3 “B” and Section 4.1 “A”.
