PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Acushnet Board of Selectmen will hold two public hearings at its meeting on on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at the meeting room in Town Hall, located at 122 Main St., Acushnet, MA.
• In accordance with Chapter 140, MA General Laws, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the application of Main Street Auto Sales to apply for a Class II MotorVehicle License to buy, sell, exchange or assemble second hand motor vehicles on 625 Main Street, Acushnet, MA.
• Notice is hereby given under Chapter 138, Section 15 of the MA General Laws that an open Board of Selectmen’s Meeting will be held to approve a Transfer of Stock and Change of Officers/Directors for an existing Wine and Malt Beverages Package Store License, premises consists of one floor with a sales area, 5 door walk in cooler with a back room and storage area (+/- 3600 sq. ft) and numbered 158 Main St., Acushnet, MA 02743.
