Participating organizations include Elect Southcoast, City of New Bedford Energy Office, PACE, YWCA, Youth Opportunities Unlimited, Greater New Bedford Regional Refuse Management District, The National Parks, New Bedford Historical Society, WHALE, and The Whaling Museum. A speaking program featuring local leaders will be set for the evening.
This event is intended to gather teens, young adults, and families to the RJD grounds to enjoy a summer night in the historic gardens all while learning about ways to get involved in the community.
