The Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a meeting will be held by the Board on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Police Station Conference Room, 64 Middle Road, Acushnet MA 02743.
• Case #2026.03.24C A Case of Noah Drew Gomes for property located at 0 Lambert Street, Map 18, Lot 121. The Applicant seeks a Special Permit pursuant to Sec. 3.3.1E (1) (7), to build a Single-Family Dwelling located on this non-conforming lot with a non-conforming pre-existing garage.
• Case # 2026.06.18A A Case of Nathan J. & Karissa E. Deree for property located at 224 Perry Hill Road, Map 8, Lot 35A. The Applicant seeks a Variance because the existing development and pork chop shape of the lot limit the practical options for the placement of the garage. A Variance is required Pursuant to Sec 3.3, C.9. (c), (3) for a proposed Garage which requires a 75 foot side line setback for a retreat lot and the proposed setback is 40.7 ft.
• Case # 2026.06.18B A Case of Jason LaBelle for property located at 1 Granite Drive, Map 1, Lot’s 8 & 9. The Applicant seeks a Special Permit to demolish two (2) sheds and two (2) single family homes and to reconstruct two (2) single family homes. One dwelling will meet all required setbacks and the second dwelling fails to meet the street setback of 25 ft. (proposed 15 ft.). Pursuant to Sec. 3.3.1E (8) b.
