Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Acushnet Police Station, located at 64 Middle Road, Acushnet, Massachusetts.

• Public Hearing RDA – Americo B. Elias, 151 Perry Hill Road, Map 8 Lot 21. A Request for Determination was filed by Americo B. Elias for property located at 151 Perry Hill Road, Map 8, Lot 21. The Applicant proposes to upgrade the septic system to Title 5 compliance which will include the placement of the septic tank, pump chamber and some forcemain pipe within the 100 ft. Buffer Zone of an off-site Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
