PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – Notice of Intent – Buzzards Bay Coalition Inc./91 South Main Street. A Notice of Intent Permit Application has been filed by Buzzards Bay Coalition Inc. for property located at 91 South Main Street, Map 25, Lot 61.62.34B. The applicant proposes to repair a septic system within the Riverfront Area and the 100 foot buffer to the associated Top of Bank. The applicant is represented by John Marchand of Farland Corp. Plan name is “Subsurface Sewage Disposal System – 91 South Main Street” dated September 2, 2025, revised December 8, 2025.
