Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.

• Public Hearing RDA – Bruce Wendell Carlson Living Trust & Susan Steele Carlson Living Trust, 355 Main Street, Map 22 Lot 19D. A Request for Determination was filed by Bruce Wendell Carlson Living Trust & Susan Steele Carlson Living Trust for property located at 355 Main Street, Map 22, Lot 19D. The applicant proposes to demolish a fire damaged house and garage which will be removed from its foundation and loaded into dumpsters for proper off-site disposal. Said site work to be performed within the 100 ft. Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and within the 200 ft. Riverfront Boundary of a Brook. The applicant is represented by Schneider, Davignon & Leone, Inc.
