Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room, located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts
• Public Hearing – NOI – Morses Lane, LLC / Map 18 Lot 67B – Morses Lane A Notice of Intent was filed by Morses Lane, LLC for property located at Map 18, Lot 67B. The applicant proposes to construct a single-family house with associated driveway paving, grading, utilities, drainage, tree clearing and wetland replication within the 100’ buffer to bordering vegetated wetlands and within 200’ outer riparian zone to Deep Brook, which is located off-site. Work within flood zone AE elevation 44.5 includes driveway paving, grading, utilities, drainage and tree clearing. The applicant is represented by Nyles Zager of Zenith Consulting Engineers, LLC. Plan name is “Subsurface Sewage Disposal System New Construction” dated December 8, 2025.
