At 01:57 a.m. on Friday, 9/29/23, the Fairhaven Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 41 Adams Street.
Engine 3, Ladder 1, Medic 1, Chief 1, and Chief 2 responded. Upon arrival, heavy fire showed from the first floor, southeast corner of the building. The fire had extended into the attic and was visible from the roof.

The building was under construction and was unoccupied at the time.
There were no injuries reported, and estimated damage to the structure is over $150,000. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
