The 25th annual Flashlight Egg Hunt at the Fairhaven Recreation Center on 3/27/26 had 105 registered participants. Children and their adults hunted for plastic, goody-filled eggs in a darkened gym, using their flashlights to get the eggs with the corresponding numbers on them.
After collecting their goodies in the eggs, children could visit the craft room to color a big Easter egg, or take a picture with the Easter Bunny, where they could also collect a free Dorothy Cox’s chocolate lollipop.
Each participant received a sheet of paper with two numbered eggs. They then had to hunt for the plastic eggs with the same numbers to get their prize.
