The West Island Improvement Association Community house was filled with some pretty shady characters on Saturday, 10/28, with the shadiest of all vying for prices. The friendly competition pitted some pretty scary looking characters against each other, but the Neighb News learned that underneath, they were all pretty mild-tempered sorts.
First place went to Judy & Steve Bowling, a pair of Vikings (is that Hagar the Horrible?);
Second place went to Dark Alice in Wonderland, with Bernadette Rivard and Christopher Juliano.
