The Fairhaven Cable TV Crew and “The Magazine” host Charlie Murphy picked up their national award in New York City on 6/28/23, taking a bit of a spin around the city while there.
Mr. Murphy and independent producer David Fauteux won the “Best Magazine Show,” for their 2022 year-in-review episode. Fairhaven TV chose to enter it as it highlights the year’s “fantastic stories on local people and business,” according a press release by Fairhaven TV.
“I am so honored to have attended the 2023 hometown media awards celebration in Brooklyn New York with our fairhaventv.com,” wrote Mr. Murphy on his Facebook page. “We Won an amazing award and are now nationally recognized!”

The awards ceremony can be viewed on YouTube with the title “Hometown Media Awards – 2023”, published by “Brookline Interactive Group. Fairhaven TV receives their award at the 1 hour mark.
