Snow fizzles, but cold remains

January 22, 2025 by Staff Writer

A snowstorm on Sunday, 1/19, into Monday, dropped an inch or two, but did not result in significant accumulation. The storm did cause icy conditions on roads throughout the region. The forecast calls for a light dusting this week, more frigid temperatures, then a warm-up to seasonable temperatures in the mid to high 30s for the end of the week and into the 40s for the weekend.
