The Smile Factory Hospital Caring Clown School just graduated their third class of students, just in time to visit all three of our hospitals for the Holiday Season.
The classes are each Tuesday evening for 10 weeks and take place at 88 Hatch Street in New Bedford. from 6:30-8:45. Subjects studied are: Improv, Pocket magic, Storytelling, Puppetry, juggling, and the ways to keep good hygiene in the forefront helping to keep you and those you visit in good health.
Once graduated from The Smile Factory Clown School, Graduates tour and visit staff, visitors, doctors and patients in Charlton Memorial, St. Lukes, and Tobey Hospitals. Once completed they are welcomed into the elite group called “The Southcoast Funny Bones.”
