Skip the straw, save a sea turtle

Students from Elizabeth Hastings Middle School in Fairhaven have placed these posters around town to educate the public about the danger that plastic straws pose to marine animals. Submitted by Ave Bissonnette

Students at Elizabeth Hastings Middle School in Fairhaven have been working on a science project, and have decided to educate the public about the dangers of plastic straws to ocean animals. They have created a website (https://weliveloveourearth.weebly.com) and have placed posters around Fairhaven. For more information please visit their website.
