Mass Attack Roller Derby, the women’s flat track roller derby league based in Southeastern Mass., with its home rink at Carousel Family Fun Center in Fairhaven held itsseason opener on Friday, 4/21, with a double header featuring the MARD All Stars vs. the Hartford Hartford Wailers, and the Bloody Bordens vs. the Beat City Bedrockers. Unfortunately, the home team got clobbered 283 to 240, while the Beat City Bedrockers overcame a 65-point deficit to win 195-193 over the Bloody Bordens.
