The Fairhaven School Department dedicated the new athletic field with a ribbon cutting on Friday, 10/22/21. The $2+ million field uses state-of-the art materials designed to lessen injuries for athletes. The old field at Fairhaven High School washed out and filled with water so often that athletes had to cancel practices and games. The new field started being used at the beginning of October. The FHS Alumni Association donated a new scoreboard to go with the new field.
