The Fairhaven Mothers’ Club invites applications for two scholarships, each for $1,000. The Fairhaven Mothers’ Club Scholarship is for graduating high school seniors planning to study in any field. The Trowbridge/Whitfield Memorial Scholarship is for students planning to study in a medical field. Applicants must be residents of Fairhaven.
Applications are available from high school counselors and are due April 15, 2018.
The Fairhaven Mothers’ Club raises funds for scholarships and for assistance to families in need from donations, from sales at the Old Time Holiday Fair, and from its annual spring party, to be held on April 17, 11 to 3, at Oxford Terrace.
