NB Roots&Branches returns for a second season with with bold expansions of programming, venues, and musical variety! On Saturday July 20, the 2nd annual NB Roots & Branches Fest will present a day of acoustic music, visual art, and one-of-a-kind performance experiences by and for the people.
Our 100% free public festival will include 8 continuously running performance areas and a culminating event that is both contemporarily unique and also directly tied to the city’s rich cultural past. This year’s edition also builds on the huge successes of the 2023 festival’s music events by doubling down on offerings that are simultaneously local and very broad in scope. Our performers encompass a range that includes true traditional music, indie folk, classical music, acoustic roots rock, brass bands, contemporary singers, songwriters, dance bands, jazz acts, and further flung compositional & exploratory acoustic music practitioners.
