Members of the Fairhaven Bell Committee are planning to remove the Rogers School bell this Saturday, 8/13, at 10 a.m. The event was postponed from July 30 because of bad weather.
The bell is being removed for restoration and repair of the deteriorated and collapsed cradle. The Rogers Bell will be presented to the public for viewing and picture taking.
Come and ring back your fond memories of being part of the history of the Rogers School, corner of Center and Pleasant Streets, Fairhaven.
