On Thurs., 10/9, from 4pm to 7pm, the grounds of the Rotch-Jones-Duff House, 396 County St., NB, will become overrun with a bustling display of Jack-O-Lanterns. At 5:30pm, Cool Banana Wig will perform, bringing kids up to play a variety of unique homemade instruments built by the band. Refreshments will be served. Inside the mansion, children can participate in a scavenger hunt with prizes. FREE. The suggested donation is $5 for individuals and $10 for families. This event is also part of AHA night.
The RJD is looking for pumpkin carvers for this event! Interested carvers who want their pumpkin masterpieces a part of the display should email Lauren Pothier at lpothier@rjdmuseum.org. Carvers are asked to provide their own pumpkin and deliver finished pieces to the Museum by noon on 10/9.c•••
