Public Notice
Pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1341 and M.G.L. c. 21 §§ 26-53, notice is given of a 401 Water Quality Certification application for Park Drive Solar Array Project to install a new solar array by Syncarpha Park Drive, LLC., 250 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10107, on a site located at 14-47 Park Drive in Acushnet, Massachusetts for renewable energy. Additional information may be obtained from Weston & Sampson Engineers (Attn: Megan Kearns), 55 Walkers Brook Drive, Suite 100, Reading MA 01867 at 978-548-6301. Written comments should be sent to MassDEP Southeastern Regional Office, Division of Wetlands and Waterways, at 20 Riverside Drive, Lakeville MA 02347 within twenty-one days of this notice.
Any group of ten persons, any aggrieved person, or any governmental body or private organization with a mandate to protect the environment who submits written comments may appeal the Department’s Certification. Failure to submit written comments before the end of the public comment period may result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing.
