Approximaely 350 people rallied at Fairhaven High School on Saturday, 8/2/25, as part of a nationwide protest against the policies of the Trump Administration.
The high school has been the site for protests in Fairhaven over the past few months. This month’s theme was “Rage Against the Regime,” and was part of a nationwide protest promoted by 50501: 50 States, 50 Protests, 1 Day.
Hundreds of cities across the US joined in the Day of Action on 8/2 according to a variety of news sources.
The next day f action called for by 50501 is on September 1 for Labor Day, and will be “Workers Over Billionaires Labor Day National Day of Action”
50501 states on its webiste that they are fighting “to uphold the Constitution and end executive overreach.”
