After the Fairhaven Select Board refused to allow the LGBTQ Pride/Rainbow Flag to fly on the flag pole at Town Hall, someone decided to make a statement and painted the crosswalk in the rainbow colors. The person or persons have not been identified and have not come forward to take credit (or blame) for the move. But it seems likely that this interesting character had something to do with it. Everyone knows that unicorns mean peace and rainbows, right?
