The Acushnet Board of Health is asking residents to report complaints about noise, dust, traffic, and odor from the PJ Keating asphalt plant and quarry. Call the Acushnet BOH at 508-998-0275, at any time of day and leave a message if no one answers; or use the portal on the Town of Acushnet website: https://www.acushnet.ma.us/home/webforms/pj-keating-concern-complaint-portal. Be sure to note the time and day of the violation.
The BOH needs to document complaints in order to get the company to comply with regulations, or to issue violations.
