The 91st annual Feast of Our Lady of Angels, Sat., Sun., Mon., 9/4, 5, 6; Our Lady of Angels Feast Grounds, 7 Jesse St., Fairhaven. Sat. 5 p.m.-Midnight, Sun. Noon – Midnight,; Mon. Noon – 10:00 p.m.; Procession on Main St. Monday at 1:00 p.m.
A traditional, weekend-long Portuguese “festa” featuring live music, game booths, Portuguese and American foods, auctions, kids’ activities. On Monday at 1:00 p.m. a procession is held from St. Mary’s Church to Benoit Square and back, with marching bands, clergy, local officials and invited guests. The carved wooden statue of Our Lady of Angels is carried along the route on the shoulders of members of the club.

Opening ceremonies at 6 p.m. on Saturday followed by a concert by Our Lady of Light band of Fall River; 8 p.m.–midnight, music by 7 Day Weekend.
Sunday, 9/5: Grounds open from noon to midnight. 3–7 p.m., entertainment by Richard Canastra & Paul Sovoie Show; 8 p.m.–midnight, entertainment by Hardwire.
Monday, 9/6: Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Church, Main St. Mass celebrant Fr. Arruda of the Fall River Diocese.
Procession at 1 p.m. on Monday, followed by auction. 6–10 p.m., entertainment by Red Handed. Grounds close at 10 p.m.
Must purchase tickets for food and beverages. All three days Portuguese and American food will be served.
