The Fairhaven elementary schools celebrated DEAR (Drop Everything And Read) Day on Friday, 3/1/19, in celebration of Dr. Seuss’s birthday this past weekend. Wood School students all gathered in the gym at 2:25 and quietly enjoyed a book for the remainder of the day on Friday. “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.” — Dr. Seuss.
