Nomination papers are available for a single seat on the Fairhaven Selectboard for the special election on 7/26. Voters will be asked to vote yes or no on recalling Fairhaven Selectboard member Daneil Freitas, and then voters will be asked to vote for someone to fill the seat.
Candidates need to get 50 signatures of registered voters in Fairhaven to be on the ballot.
