Our guest will be investigative journalist Leslie Kean, who has been reporting on UFOs — now called unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP)— for more than twenty years. Her topic will be UFOs and Government Acknowledgment: The Phenomenon is Real.
Kean wrote a 2010 best-seller on UFOs and co-authored a series of articles for The New York Times, beginning with a ground-breaking 2017 front page story revealing that the Dept. of Defense had a secret program investigating UAP. She will explain how this led to Navy pilots coming forward, dramatic new legislation, and Congressional hearings to address this mystery. Free parking is available behind the building.
