Millicent Book Fair to feature local authors

Twenty South Coast authors will participate in the first Millicent’s Holiday Book Fair on December 10 from 10 to 2 at the Millicent Library, 45 Center St., Fairhaven.

Authors of children’s books and adult fiction and nonfiction will be signing and selling their books. Many of the authors will also be reading from their work throughout the day.

The fair is sponsored by the Friends of the Millicent Library, which encourages library use and supports the library’s activities.

The Friends will also hold a raffle for a beautifully illustrated art book, Graphic Passion: Matisse and the Book Arts.
