Sun., 10/11, 7:45–9:45 a.m. Meet at Riverside Cemetery. Join the Fairhaven Acushnet Land Preservation Trust and organizer Russ Wotton for a cleanup of Marsh Island in Fairhaven. Meet at Riverside Cemetery, far right hand side, along the wall between 7:30 and 7:45 a.m. Russ will lead the group onto Marsh Island for the cleanup.
Volulnteers should bring gloves and wear boots, dress for the weather, and bring water if they think they will need it. Face masks are required while within six feet of others. Bags, pails and pickers provided. Contact is via Facebook.
