Marsh Island, now a peninsula, is the largest remaining stretch of undeveloped land along the Fairhaven/New Bedford Inner Harbor. Over 3.5 tons of trash and debris are estimated along its shoreline, and we’re rallying volunteers for a cleanup like no other. Wear closed-toed shoes. If you find a needle, syringe or sharps, DO NOT TOUCH.
