The Fairhaven High School Theatre Company presents “Little Women,” by Kate Hamill, adapted from the novel by Louisa May Alcott. Fri., Sat., 11/18 & 19 at 7 p.m.; and Sun., 11/20, at 2 p.m.
Based on the beloved novel by Louisa May Alcott, “Little Women’ follows the adventures of the four March sisters as they journey into adulthood. Jo, Meg, Amy, and Beth work together to navigate the challenges of love, society, war, and growing up in this funny yet heartwarming classic.
“Little Women” was written by Louisa May Alcott in two volumes, ni 1868 and 1869. It was an immediate success. It follows the four March sisters from childhood to adulthood, marriage, and children, poverty and financial success. It has been adapted for movies and television.
Directed by Marisa Rebelo, produced by Bryan Young. Costume design by Deb Roderick, set design by Shawn Elliot. Presented through special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service, Inc.
