The Fairhaven Lions Club thanked all involved for the “huge success” of their spaghetti dinner fund-raiser on Wednesday, 11/9.
“Thank you to all of our guests, thank you to St. Mary’s Church for allowing us to hold our event in their basement, thank you to all of the local businesses and community members who donated raffle items or made monetary donations and lastly thank you to all of our dedicated Lions who are always willing to help out with all of our events and activities throughout the year,” the club posted on its Facebook page.
The club is always looking for new members who are looking for a way to serve the community.
The time commitment is what youi make it as a Lions. For more information, find them on Facebook or email FairhavenMALionsClub@gmail.com, or find a member at any of the events happening around town. You’ll know them by their bright yellow shirts.
