Library Strategic Planning – Community Focus Groups

The Millicent Library is thrilled to announce the launch of a series of community focus groups as part of its strategic planning process. This initiative offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of library services for the Fairhaven community.
The first of two in person focus groups will be held on Monday, October 7, at 6:30 PM in the Rita E. Steele Auditorium at the library, 45 Center Street, Fairhaven, Mass. (use Walnut St. entrance).
All community members are invited to participate and share their thoughts on how the library can evolve to better meet the needs of the community.
This is your chance to help identify opportunities and challenges as the library works to strengthen services and best support the informational, cultural, recreational and educational needs of the community.
Whether you’re a frequent library user or a first-time visitor, your input is invaluable in helping the library create a roadmap for future growth and service improvements.
A second in person and a separate Zoom focus group will be announced soon. Additionally, the library will be releasing a survey in the coming weeks to gather even more community feedback.
