LETTERS: Colonial Club historical artifacts are not being sold

May 18, 2017 by Fairhave Neighborhood News

Thank you for explaining what is happening at the Colonial Club. I would just like to add that all materials of historical (as opposed to monetary) value have been placed in the archives at the Millicent Library. These include the club’s records, the accounts of the 1938 hurricane that the club solicited from town residents, early research on land ownership, books and documents belonging to the Coggeshall family, and many historic photographs. These are completely cataloged (though many of the subjects of the photographs have not been identified) and are available to researchers

Beth Luey, board member Colonial Club
